The key person behind International Wind Energy A/S is CEO Peter Rasmussen. Peter Rasmussen has been a part of the wind turbine business ever since it took its early steps in the beginning of the 1990’s, and has now gained more than 15 years of experience as broker of wind turbine projects and wind farms.

Germany has since 2003 been the single-most important market for International Wind Energy A/S.  Over the years we have sold and acted as brokers of more than 120 German turbines to Danish investor, and has thereby gained an in-depth experience with all aspects of wind turbine investments.

Parallel with the sale and purchase of wind farms, International Wind Energy A/S has specialized in managing the wind turbine investments for our investors, and we are currently managing a portfolio of 80 wind turbines. As managers we assure that our investors receive all necessary assistance from us, in order to utilize the full potential of their investment.

In the past years Peter Rasmussen has initiated a generational succession of International Wind Energy A/S. Both Peter Rasmussen’s sons, Casper Rasmussen and Mikkel Rasmussen, have thus joined the company in 2007 and 2008, respectively. International Wind Energy A/S has thereby been provided with new competences and capacity and is now, in combination with Peter Rasmussen’s long-time experience and extensive network, well suited for the big potential within the renewable energy business in the years to come.
