we currently offer an attractive project consisting of Enercon turbines. Enercon is by many considered as the Rolls Royce of wind turbines. Enercon turbines are of he highest quality and functions without a gearbox, which is the weakest weakest part of a tubine. Enercon always renders impeccable service, and their turbines always deliver a top availability.

Project data:
-    3 Enercon E70 E4 2,0 MW, 70 m rotor, 114 m hub height.
-    Located in Eastern Germany close to Dresden.
-    Operation began 2nd quarter 2009.
-    Estimated production is 11.870.000 kWh/year (checked by EMD).
-    15 year EPK fullservice agreement with Enercon.
-    Feed-in tariff (minimum): 9,7 €cent/kWh for up to 20 years.
-    A maximum of 10 persons can participate in the project.

Financials:
-    Purchase price: € 10.000.000
-    Financing: € 7.700.000 (no liability for investor) 
-    Investor contribution: € 2.588.000 (incl. exchange loss)
-    Tax deficit yesr 2009: € 2.439.000
-    Accumulated profit year 2029 (incl. contribution): € 7.103.000
