 -Negotiation of power purchase agreements with utility companies.
  
 -Negotiation or renegotiation of insurance contracts. Our close cooperation with a very experienced German insurance broker ensures our investors competitive premiums as well as competent claims handling.
  
 -Negotiation and monitoring of service and maintenance agreements. Our extensive and in-depth experience witht the wind turbine business market, including industry specific knowhow of price, quality and service level, ensures our investors the best and most qualified and competitive service operators on the market.
  
 -Summoning and handling the investors’ annual general meeting, where the investors approve the yearly accounts for Denmark and Germany, elect their auditors, board of directors, managing director etc.
  
 -Control and payment of invoices as well as bookkeeping of income and payments.
  
 -Assisting Danish and German auditors in connection with the yearly accounts and German tax returns.
  
 -Contact to and monitoring of the investors’ bank and auditor.
  
 -Distribution of quarterly financial reports. As investor you will receive quarterly reports that show the actual income and expenses in the previous quarter compared to the budget.
