 When we act as brokers of existing wind farms where the turbines have been running for some years, it is common that the wind farms already have long-lasting management agreements with German technincal and commercial managers. In such situations we offer the investors to act as interface between the investors and the managers in Germany, thereby providing the investors with only one Danish point of contact in all matters – we then handle all affairs in Germany.
With International Wind Energy as interface, we continuously monitor that the management agreements with the German managers are satisfactorily fulfilled. We constantly aim at making the German managers live up to the standards and services that we provide, when we take on the full technical and commercial management of a wind farm.
